Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
Items must remain in their original packaging with all tags and accessories attached.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not returnable and refundable:
Promotional or discounted items.
Gift cards or virtual products of any kind.
Items for hygiene reasons such as underwear, swimwear, etc.
Return Process
To request a return: Please contact us at axylqnets@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Approval & Instructions: We will review your return request within 1-2 business days and provide you with return instructions and return address via email.
To return an item: Follow the instructions to ship the item back to the specified address. Please ensure that the item is packaged properly to avoid shipping damage.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your return via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method and will take 5-7 business days to process. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
Shipping
Shipping costs incurred when returning items will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error or quality issue.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the item following the return process and then place a new order for the item you want.
Exceptions
In some special cases (such as large-scale sales, clearance events, etc.), the refund policy may be different. Please refer to the relevant event terms for specific information.
